Mission Statement
 The
Career Center is committed to preparing University of Michigan students
and alumni/ae to be active, life-long learners in developing and
implementing their career decisions. Guided by theory and reflective
practice, The Career Center facilitates clients' overall development
and provides resources to help them explore and pursue their career
and educational goals in a complex, diverse and interconnected world.
The Career Center forges appropriate partnerships with the University
community, as well as employers and educational institutions, to
support our clients. In these ways, The Career Center fosters meaningful
links between education and fulfilling lives.

Using a theoretical orientation, national benchmarking and input
